Materials
Shredded junk mail paper (enough to fill a large bowl)
1 cup of white glue
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
Large metal bowl
Old wooden spoon
Water (enough to cover paper)
Directions
Fill a large metal bowl with the shredded junk mail paper.
Pour enough water over the paper to fully submerge it and let it soak for 24 hours.
After soaking, use an old wooden spoon to stir the paper, breaking down any clumps until it forms a consistent pulp.
